- Enhancement/Refinement Transfer

A new feature has been added that allows the transfer of Enhancement and Refinement levels.

• 1st grade god equipment → [UT] 2nd grade god equipment

• 2nd grade god equipment → [UT] 3rd grade god equipment

- Level Up Event

• Fixed an issue where the Level Up Event UI was being displayed within World areas.
