Notice of Service Termination

Hello, this is the 12SKY REBORN Operations Team.

Today, we bring you very difficult news. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the players

who have supported 12SKY REBORN.

Our team has long deliberated on how to provide a better gaming experience. However, we have made the

difficult final decision to conclude our service, as we believe it is no longer possible to maintain the quality

of the service you deserve. 

We are truly sorry for this sudden announcement. We feel a deep sense of responsibility for not being able

to continue our journey together. 

Please see below for the service termination schedule and refund details.

■ Service Termination Schedule

In-game Payment Service End: March 11, 2026 (Wed) after the 15:00 (KST) patch.

Game Service End: April 13, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 (KST).

Official Website Closure: May 14, 2026 (Thur) 15:00 (KST).

■ Refund Information

Eligibility: * Unused paid Gold purchased within 7 days prior to the payment service end date.

Paid items with remaining duration purchased within 7 days prior to the payment service end date.

Refunds will be processed according to the 12SKY REBORN Terms of Service.

■ How to Apply for a Refund

Please submit a request via 1:1 Inquiry at the 12SKY REBORN Customer Center by March 14, 2026 (Mon) 15:00 (KST).

A purchase receipt must be attached. (Refunds are not available without a receipt.)

■ Important Notes

All game data (characters, items, currency) will be permanently deleted after the service ends.

All game-related functions will be discontinued after the scheduled date.
